O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the A1 advertisement notice vide in Na.Ka.No.A1/2600/2020, dated 08.08.2020 issued by the fourth respectfully herein and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 12.06.2024), the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would submit that subsequent to the impugned notice, the fifth respondent has obtained permission and is running the retail outlet and that the petitioner has not challenged the same and that therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this present writ petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
