Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.PITCHAI MUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7266 of 2021 dated 07.06.2021.

2. It appears that the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail as early as on 07.06.2021 and after a period of three months, this application has been filed for extension of time, stating that due to the pandemic situation, the petitioners could not mobilise the fund and comply with the condition. This Court is not satisfied with the reasons assigned in the petition. Therefore, this petition is dismissed, however, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file a fresh application for anticipatory bail, if so advised.
