The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instruction from the respondent police submits that they are conducting a petition enquiry as against this petitioner in C.No.889/PET/SP/Camp/Kar/2024 and the same is pending.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a Civil Engineer and the fourth respondent has availed the services of the petitioner by way of an agreement. A complaint has been lodged that the petitioner herein has received money for obtaining the approval, however, failed to get the same.

4.Considering the nature of allegation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.
