Heard Mr.D.Ramesh Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 175 & 219 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the order passed by the Fast Track court at Magisterial Level, Karaikdui in C.C.No.37 of 2021 and C.C.No.179 of 2020, dated 10.09.2024 & 29.07.2024.

3. Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions, the delay of 175 & 219 days in filing the above criminal revision petitions are condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petitions, if it is otherwise in order and post on 07.01.2026.
