Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to take action against the officials who indulged in illegalities and irregularities in the Fair Price Shops established under Public Distribution System which is run by the fourth respondent society by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2017 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation alleged to have been given by the petitioner on 29.01.2017, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents. Considering the nature of the relief sought in the writ petition, notice need not be sent to the fourth respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has contended to the effect that on 29.01.2017, a representation has been given to the respondents 1 to 3, but the same has not been considered.

4.Further it is seen from the records that in the representation dated 29.01.2017, certain allegations have been levelled against the officials, who are working in Fair Price Shops. 5.Considering the nature of the allegation made in the representation dated 29.01.2017, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

6.In fine, this writ petition is allowed without costs and the respondents 1 to 3 are strictly directed to look into the representation dated 29.01.2017 and dispose of the same within a periodoffifteendays.
