The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction against the respondent police not to interfere in the civil dispute, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.5.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instruction from the respondent police submits that the petitioner lodged a complaint to the CM Cell on 16.05.2024 and the same was forwarded to the 2nd respondent for an enquiry. The 2nd respondent police conducted a petition enquiry in CSR No.289 of 2024 and the same was closed on 29.06.2024.
