Prayer:(Water Body) Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to drop all further steps of laying road in Sy.No. 203/6 at Abiramam village, Kamuthi taluk, Ramanathapuram district which has been classified as water channel based upon the order passed in W.P.No. 18045/2000 dated 05.07.2010 of Honble Madras High Court and vide the petitioners representation dated 02.07.2024 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.
