ORDER

The above Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders directing the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner's life and limb by considering his representation dated 11.06.2019.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has sent a registered letter, stating that no further action is necessary with regard to his complaint and on that basis, the enquiry was ordered to be closed and also filed a copy of the report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.OP(MD)No.10404 of 2019 submitted by the second respondent. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
