The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 10.05.2025 and to grant appropriate compensation under the Chief Ministers Relief Fund or any other applicable Government Scheme, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. 2. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
