*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the obstruction stated to have been caused by the respondents 3 and 4.

2. Even in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, there is an indication that the respondents 3 and 4 got patta in respect of the property in question. There is no question https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of issuing a Mandamus for removal of obstruction, in view of the patta granted to the respondents 3 and 4. It is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority for appropriate relief, in case the respondents 3 and 4 have obtained patta fraudulently.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
