ORDER
The petitioners/A-1 to A-4, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Section 406 and 420 of IPC, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the the accused persons have received gold ornaments from the defacto complainant and they refused to return the same. Hence, a case has been registered as against the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and they have not committed any offence. He seeks this Court to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4. However, when the case was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the First Information report registered under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., was already closed.
5. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
