PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.10 of 2015 dated 29.01.2015 pending on the file of the second respondent police within the time limit as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.10 of 2015 dated 29.01.2015 pending on the file of the second respondent.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.10 of 2015 has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 447, 506(ii) 120(b), 406 and 420 IPC by the respondent police. But so far no investigation has been conducted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on the said complaint. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation on the complaint given by the petitioner is in progress and final report will be filed shortly.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in the case in Crime No.10 of 2015 and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
