ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to interfere with the petitioner's civil dispute.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that there was a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4. Based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, the second respondent police is harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that there was a civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. Based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, an enquiry has been conducted by the second respondent police, in which, both the petitioner and the fourth respondent have appeared, thereafter the complaint has been closed as civil dispute.
