RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner made in Crl.OP(MD) No.9154/2022 dated 18/05/2022 in so far as to appear before the respondent Police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAJI.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL.O.P.(MD)No.9154 of 2022 on 18.05.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.
