The petitioner has filed this petition seeking Police protection. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on written instructions, submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and they have closed the same by a proceedings dated 20.02.2025. The nature of the complaint, according to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), is civil in nature.
4.Recording the above submissions, this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the third respondent to furnish the copy of 2/4
the closure report to the petitioner for enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
