RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order extending the time having been granted by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 11003 of 2022, Dated. 21.06.2022 in connection with Crime No. 201 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police for another 15 days in executing the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate forthwith. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. BALAJI.S, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11003 of 2022 dated 21.06.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties, since the petitioners are unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3.
