2.Today(19.07.2024), when this Criminal Original Petition is taken up for consideration, it is reported that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents and in respect of the same, a suit in O.S.No.153 of 2023 is pending before the Sub Court, Melur.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. If the petitioner apprehends any law and order problem, it is always open to him to lodge a criminal complaint before the concerned police station.
