Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2016 and to delete the names of the predecessors of herself in patta No 3535 and issue patta in favour of her and to make correction in the patta No 3535 regarding extent of her property i.e to insert 31 cents instead of 28.5 cents in respect of S.No 173/2C & S.No 173/3c in Kannudaiyanpatti Village, Manapparai taluk.

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2016 wherein and whereby she wants deletion of the petitioner's vendor's name in patta No. 3535 and issue patta in her favour and to make correction in the patta No 3535 regarding extent of her property for 31 cents instead of 28.5 cents in respect of S.No 173/2C & S.No 173/3c in Kannudaiyanpatti Village, Manapparai taluk.
2. Heard both sides.
3. It is for the second respondent to consider the said request and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after hearing other necessary parties. If there is discrepancy with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
regard to the extent of property between the sale deed and patta already issued, the second respondent can pass appropriate orders indicating such discrepancy and communicate the same to the petitioner.

Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner and other interested parties, if any within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
