The writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 03.11.2016 and to conduct investigation in accordance with law and to lay the final report before the court concerned forthwith.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, both the parties were called for enquiry and since, the transaction between the parties is civil in nature, the case was closed advising the parties to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

seek appropriate remedy before the competent civil court. 4.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
