The petitioner namely, R.Muthumari, has sent a letter dated 08.11.2018 to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel has circulated a letter dated 12.11.2018 before the Registry for listing this Writ Petition under the caption ''For Withdrawal'. Based on the above letters, the matter is listed today. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundles.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement, permission is granted to withdraw this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.(MD) No. 17825 of 2018 is closed.
