Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to cause necessary initiative so as to find out the missing of Urchavamoorthi Idol I.e., Arulmigu Angalaparameswari Amman (Madhankovil) from the said temple situated at Alwarkurichi Town Panchayat, Tenkasi taluk and District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2021 as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated as prescribed by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to find an allegedly missing idol at the Arulmigu Angalaparameswari Amman at Alwarkurichi Town Panchayat, Tenkasi taluk and District. 2.According to the petitioner, the aforesaid idol is missing. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 13.03.2021. The present writ petition is filed on account of the alleged failure to consider and dispose of the representation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD).No.16003 of 2021 3.Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned counsel for the State, accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. On instructions, he submits that the relevant idol is available at the temple concerned. 4.In view of the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the State, the petitioner's grievance appears to have been redressed. Therefore, by recording the aforesaid submission, W.P. (MD).No.16003 of 2021 is disposed of. However, it will be open to the petitioner to reagitate the matter if it is found that such idol is not available at the relevant temple. There will be no order as to costs.
