This petition has been filed, seeking to appoint an Advocate Commissioner for conducting election to the Executive Committee for the year 2017-2020 of the Vilathikulam Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Society with the member list as per Form-VI and as per the provisions of Bye law and for a direction to the 3rd Respondent to accord necessary police protection for the election to the Executive Committee for the year 2017-2020.

2. Mr.M.Murugan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Vilathikulam Police Station is present. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions from Vilathikulam Police, submitted that Police will provide https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sufficient Police protection on 02.04.2017 for the election to Vilathikulam Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Society.
