This petition is filed to condone the delay of 374 days in representation in SA(MD)SR.No.46965 of 2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

3. The reasons for the delay that occurred, is explained in paragraph No.5 of the affidavit. Considering the fact that there is an inordinate delay of more than 500 days in representing the Second appeal, this Court is of the considered opinion that this petition can be ordered on terms.
4. In view of the above, the delay of 504 days in representing the Second Appeal, is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Legal Service Committee, attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks from today(16.07.2025, failing which, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to the Court.
