This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 13.04.2019 and 15.07.2019.

2.Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) takes notice for the respondents. 3.By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 4.The grievance of the petitioner is that every year, the villagers are proposed to conduct temple festival from 02.08.2019 to 05.08.2019 in the eve of Solaraja temple's Aadi festival at Mettupatti Village, Neiveli Post, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District. In this regard, the petitioner made representations before the respondents seeking permission to conduct the festival. But, that was not considered by the respondents, hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 13.04.2019 and 15.07.2019, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
