This writ petition has been filed, questioning the impugned order of the first respondent passed in Roc.2885/2012/A3 (VP) dated 23.08.2012, vide which, the cheque signing power, which was vested with the petitioner, being the President of Thiruvarankulam Panchayat, has been taken away.

Court is of the view that no further order is required in this petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
