ORDER
The petitioner seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.13 of 2024, dated 19.12.2024 on the file of the 1st Respondent Police, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the final report has been made ready and it will be filed before the concerned Court within a period of two weeks.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is not inclined to quash the impugned FIR at this stage. The first respondent shall file the final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report as and when it is filed.
4. With the above direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitio is closed. 28.10.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No Indu 2/4
