Respondents in both petitions COMMON PRAYER: Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to re-fix the petitioners' scale of pay by way of fixing the Grade Pay as Rs.5400 with monetary benefits with effect from 01.04.2013 in the light of the Judgment of this Court in W.P. (MD)No.2654 of 2018 dated 19.03.2018 within the time period stipulated by this Court.

For Petitioners : Mr.T.Aswin Rajasimman (in both petitions) for M/S.T.Lajapathi Roy For R1 to R4 & R6 : Ms.S.Srimathy (in both petitions) Special Government Pleader For R5 : Mr.P.Gunasekaran (in both petitions) COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed to direct the respondents to re-fix the petitioners' scale of pay by way of fixing the Grade Pay as Rs.5400 with monetary benefits with effect from 01.04.2013 in the light of the Judgment of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.2654 of 2018 dated 19.03.2018 within a stipulated time. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 & 6 has produced the order of the Government in G.O.Ms.No.306, dated 12.09.2018 granting Grade Pay as demanded by the petitioners herein.

3.In view of the above submissions, no further adjudication is required in these writ petitions. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are closed. The benefits of the said G.O. may be extended to the petitioners, if otherwise they are eligible. No costs.
