Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 6 to consider thepetitioners petitioner dated 21/08/2013 and direct the respondent to grant compensation to the tune of Rs.5,00,000/- to her for the petitioners husband late M.Selvam s gruesome miserable death. ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed as against the respondent for non complying with the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.17043 of 2013, dated 07.07.2021.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount has been paid to the petitioner as directed by this Court and therefore, the contempt petition may be closed. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
