Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of separate patta. He has already given an application on 28.06.2024.

3.The first respondent is directed to consider the same and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent will issue notices to co-pattadhars before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
