2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the securities have to be executed to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti. However, it is wrongly mentioned as the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, in paragraph No.6.

3. Considering the above said facts, the Registry is directed to incorporate the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti, in paragraph No.6 and in the address column and issue fresh order copy.
