Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 18.07.2022 vide Proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 6/2022/A4 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to remove the remarks that the petitioner namely Fathima Beevi is died and issue a fresh legal heir certificate by including the petitioner`s name as a legal heir of late Ibrahim Shah .
