The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to give permission to conduct peaceful demonstration and erection of hoarding, indicating the financial assistance given by the petitioner Bank and default committed by the borrower, namely, M/s.J.J.Educational Health and Charitable Trust on 23.08.2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
