ORDER
The petitioner seeks for quash of the FIR in Crime No.363 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report in CC No.1321 of 2025 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 20.01.2026 NCC : Yes / No (1/2) Index : Yes / No Sm 2/4
