PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pursuant to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.370/2015 dated 14.08.2015 which was confirmed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Mu.Mu.No.3671/205/(Vu) dated 08.07.2016 and quash the both as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with back-wages.
