The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondent to survey and fix boundaries in the petitioner's property in New Survey No.212/32, in patta No.1304, situated at Malaikovil village, Tiruveumbur, Trichy District, based on his representation dated 09.12.2016.

2. Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

3. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 4.
