ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking permission to conduct the Kabadi tournament on 06.07.2024 and 07.07.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 08.07.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that for conducting Kabadi tournament, permission was already granted and the said tournament was also conducted. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.
