This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 28.03.2019 passed in I.A.No.594 of 2017 in O.S.No.3 of 2014 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the the issue involved in this Civil Revision Petition is already settled out of Court and as such no further adjudication is required in this Civil Revision Petition.
