ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondent to sanction education loan to the petitioner's son namely, Mohammed Sharafath who is studying 2nd year B.E.(EEE) in Sri Krishna College of Technology, Kovaipudur, Coimbatore based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.03.2016. 2.Heard Mr.R.Gandhi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Sethuraman, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3.The petitioner said to have submitted an application seeking educational loan to the petitioner's son namely, Mohammed Sharafath who is studying 2nd year B.E.(EEE) in Sri Krishna College of Technology, Kovaipudur, Coimbatore. The said application is still pending. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Sethuraman, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the application of the petitioner will be considered within a period of six weeks.

5.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 11.03.2016 and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costst.
