Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take necessary and stringent action against the buses especially private buses which are harmful to the lives of innocent peoples and to save their precious lives of the people of Trichy on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 13.06.2016 within time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 13.06.2016 alleged to have been given by the petitioner, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus. 2.It is averred in the petition that the private buses are not following existing rules and very often they are using air horns and thereby created panic to the general public and under the said circumstances, a representation dated 13.06.2016 has been given to the respondents. But the same has not been considered and therefore the present writ petition has been filed for getting the relief sought therein.

3.Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents.

4.Considering the fact that a representation has been given on 13.06.2016 and the same has not been considered, the following order can be passed.

5.In fine, this writ petition is allowed without costs and the second respondent viz., Regional Transport Officer, Regional Transport Office, Piratiyoor, Tiruchirappalli District is directed to look into the representation dated 13.06.2016 and take appropriate action within a period of fifteen days.
