No. 57 of 2018 in a speedy manner within a time fram as fixed by this Court. ORDER:- Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the letter received from the Sessions Judge (FAC) Mahila Court, Pudukkottai, in D.NO.380 of 2021, dated 08/06/2021, this Court made the following order:

Today, this case is listed under the caption "for extension of time".

2.It is evident from the records that this Court vide order dated 01.08.2019, directed the learned Principal District Judge, Pudukottai to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.57 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, at the instance of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Pudukkottai, time was extended thrice, lastly vide order dated 17.04.2021 granting two months time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRP(MD). No.1250 of 2019 3.Learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Pudukkottai has submitted a letter dated 08.06.2021, wherein it is stated that due to the pandemic situation the Suit in O.S.No.57 of 2018 could not be disposed of and seeks further four months time. 4.Considering facts and circumstances of this case and also the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to extend the time sought for. Accordingly, four months time is granted to the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Pudukkottai, for disposal of the suit in O.S.No.57 of 2018 from the date of regular functioning of the trial Court.
