This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 136/2024, dated 15.05.2024, pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police, on the ground of compromise.

2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the first respondent and submits that the investigation has already been completed and final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court concerned on 25.05.2024 through e-filing.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court directs the respondent police to ensure that the final report is taken on file by the concerned Magistrate Court, within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report in the manner known to law along with the compromise memo. 4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
