Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take necessary action based on petitioner's Loan Application dated 14.02.2017 and direct the 1st respondent to grant the education loan as per the college fees structure of petitioner's course for the period of 2015 to 2020 within a time as specified by this Hon'ble High Court.
