Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records connected to the impugned rejection order in C.No.176/FC/C2PS/TIN C/2018, dated Nil, passed by the second respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently, to direct the respondents to grant permission and provide police protection to conduct demonstration on 06.12.2018 (Thursday) between 04.00 p.m. and 06.00 p.m. at near Melapalayam Market Round, about Melapalayam Town, Tirunelveli District. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned rejection order in C.No.176/FC/C2PS/TIN C/2018, dated Nil, passed by the second respondent and consequently, to direct the respondents to grant permission and provide police protection to conduct demonstration on 06.12.2018 (Thursday) between 04.00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m., near Melapalayam Market Round, Melapalayam Town, Tirunelveli District.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent has granted permission as requested by the petitioner, vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.537/FC/AC Palai ( L & O) / TIN-C/2018, dated 27.11.2018.

3.Recording the abovesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
