The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instruction from the respondent police submits that they have conducted a petition enquiry as against this petitioner in CSR No.271 of 2024 and the same was closed on 30.03.2024. Further, he submits that the 7th respondent has also lodged a complaint before the fifth respondent as against the petitioner which has been treated as a petition enquiry in CSR No.231 of 2024 and the same is now pending.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police not harass the petitioner and to complete the enquiry within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event, if any criminal case is made out, the respondent police shall register a case as per the circular issued by the Director General of Police.
