..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to issue a patta in the petitioner's name in respect of bearing Survey No.1771/1A, Door No.44L, Siluvathur Salai, Y.M.R. Patti, Near Police GYM, Balakrishnapuram Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District measuring 1050 sq.ft.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing fourth the respondent to issue a patta in the petitioner's name in respect of bearing Survey No.1771/1A, Door No.44L, Siluvathur Salai, Y.M.R. Patti, Near Police GYM, Balakrishnapuram Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District to the extend of 1050 sq.ft.

2. Mr.J.Lawrance, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner earlier filed a Writ Petition in W.P.(MD)No.2292 of 2014 and as per the order passed in the petition the Tashildar, rejected the claim of the petitioner by an order, dated 20.12.2015. Suppressing earlier petition, this Writ Petition is filed and therefore he is not entitled for any indulgence of this Court.

3. Considering the above fact, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner is not entitled for the prayer sought for in the writ Petition.
