O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction against the respondent to rectify the patta with respect to the land in Survey No.455/3B for an extent of 0.90.00 hectors at Malugappatti, Paluvanchi East Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District in Patta No. 179 in the name of the mother of the petitioner from Kundumani wife of Solaimalai Goundar to Kundumani wife of Alagu Goundar. This is an issue, which can be clarified only by the petitioner herein. In this regard, the petitioner had given a representation on 01.12.2022.

2.Heard Mr.T.Vadivelan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.S.Nedunchezhian, learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3.A direction is given to the respondent/Tahsildar, to get necessary report from the Village Administrative Officer concerned, who may conduct necessary enquiry and on obtaining the report, carry out necessary corrections in the aforementioned patta. The entire exercise 2/4

may be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
