The petitioner, with a grievance that his passport has been impounded, has filed this writ petition.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Counsel on either side submitted that after the filing of the writ petition, the passport has been returned to the petitioner.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
