PRAYER :- To extend the time to comply the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8522 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8522 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the first petitioner was affected from Jaundice, he was taking treatment at Kerala. Due to which, the petitioners are not able to arrange sureties and appear before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court. For the said reason only, they are unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8522 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/3
