Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents. 2.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final hearing.

3.No Counter affidavit is filed on behalf of the Respondents.

4.It comes to be known that the Petitioner has filed the present writ petition in directing the Second Respondent to issue No Objection Certificate for his son R.Ahamed Haroon Sathaki's marriage to be held on 04.09.2016 at Samayapuram, Trichy District, within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

5.As on date, the Petitioner had addressed a representation to the Second Respondent on 08.08.2016, in the subject matter in issue and the same is pending. 6.Considering the fact the Petitioner's representation, dated 08.08.2016 addressed to the Second Respondent is pending in the subject matter in issue, at this stage, this Court, without traversing upon the merits and contents of the representation of the Petitioner, dated 08.08.2016, simpliciter, directs the Second Respondent to look into the representation of the Petitioner on or before 02.09.2016 and to do the needful in the subject matter in issue in favour of the Petitioner's son (Ofcourse, after providing necessary opportunity to the Petitioner and others concerned, if any, by adhering to the Principles of Natural Justice, by issuing notice, if situation so warrants).

6.With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
