ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.ARUNRAJ,Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.

VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crimal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the conditional order, dated 14.07.2022 passed in Crl.MP.No.2933 of 2022 on the file of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy, by which, the petitioner was ordered to comply with the conditions ie., the petitioner should appear and sign before the respondent Police station daily twice at 10 a.m and 5 p.m for a period of 30 days.

2.Originally, the petitioner was released on bail as per the order of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy in Cr.M.P.No.2933 of 2022, dated 14.07.2022. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is now residing at Tirupur and he is not in a position to comply with the condition. Hence, prays for modification.

CRL OP(MD) No.13418 of 2022 3.Admittedly, the petitioner was released on lower Court bail and for any modification, he has to approach the concerned Court. Without approaching the concerned Court, he cannot directly seek direction from this Court.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of.
